       3.1 Why do you want to be enlisted as an officer? ((Minimum 75
       Words)):
       Well, I want too become a Law Enforcement Officer for several
       reasons. After my lengthy employment with the Los Santos Fire
       Department and with the new change in management, I felt it was
       time to seek new horizons, a change of pace so to speak. So, I
       started looking into new and exciting careers, while searching i
       found that the Los Santos Police Department had opened up their
       academy for new recruits. I was adamant about signing up, I felt
       as if the LSPD could give me new challenges to over come and new
       experiences to take part in. I feel as if my tenacity and
       dedication could be better utilized with an organization that
       would actually put the aforementioned skills to use. I see a lot
       of crime in the city, especially as of late with the in flux of
       gang violence in the city, I would love nothing more than to
       help prevent, protect and otherwise help the community and city
       that i call home to become a much much better place, so people
       can leave their homes without feeling like something horrid will
       happen to them.
       3.2 Biography ((Minimum 150 Words)):
       I am Alexandria Nogueras. I am twenty-seven years of age, I have
       a daughter named Sophia. I am married, going on 5 years now. I
       have lived in Los Santos for about six years now. I now consider
       Los Santos and its community my home. I grew up in Tulsa,
       Oklahoma, the mid-western part of the united states, on a
       vineyard until i was out of high school. I than went to college
       where i got a degree in medicine. After college and some rather
       heartbreaking family issues that I would rather not talk about
       here, I moved to the west coast, and ended up finding a place in
       Los Santos where i had gotten a job with the Los Santos Fire
       Department.
       I have many past experiences in this city alone. One of the most
       memorable of them would have to be the glen park massacre, it
       was one of my very first code zero calls with the Los Santos
       Fire Department. Wounded officer and gang bangers everywhere.
       Another memorable day, but also a very sad one was the plane
       crash in Pershing square. The Los Santos Fire Department lost a
       good Chief and friend that day. I can still remember Chief
       Phillips barking order at us during stressful situations.
       Anyway, I digress. So, a bit about my background. I am a
       previous Fire Chief from the Los Santos Fire Department, I have
       multiple certifications, like CRP, BLS training, ALS training,
       Advanced driving course, pilot license course and command
       administration course to name a few. I am a friendly and
       accessible person. Always respectful to my co workers and the
       public. I have good inter personal skills and i seem to have a
       knack for calming people down out of stressful situations.
