Sorry, you must be confused. I only work in the LSPD and I have
never worked as a member of Staff lol. Maybe you're thinking of
just "Charlie", who is also a member of this forum...

Can't I apply before that date?
Oh and another thing, if I don't get paid in the faction I'm in
(LSPD), do I just get a job apart from the faction, like taxi
driver for example?
