Name of the Gang you wish to create: El Cartel

Family Story (Minimum of 300): Ace Westbrook was born in the
rural areas of Los santos and had a difficult life until he
moved out of the ghetto. He felt alone because he was hanging
out with the local gang before. Then he got the idea of starting
a Cartel because he had the experience of selling weapons and
drug dealing. He had alot of contracts in the weapon and drug
businesses so it was a start on his journey to the Cartel. Ace
meet Andrew Johnson a drug dealer in El Corona who had more
experience in drug selling and they started to form the Cartel.
Then they started the long search of finding a headquarters for
the El Cartel but after a while they found some abandoned
buildings in Commerce near Downtown which they live by this date
and have their headquarters. Before getting into to drug dealing
and selling weapons they organized illegal street races in the
Los santos storm drains and more small time jobs. Now a days,
when they have gotten bigger so have their jobs extended. They
are now drug dealing & delivering, weapon delivering & dealing.
They are now more careful of what they are doing on the streets,
a raid happend a few years ago and they lost alot of drugs,
weapons and so on. Their next goal is to get involved with the
police corruption. Try to get a new resource of guns, drugs and
also protection. One of their history memories are when they
busted another gang who attempted to set them up earlier. The
Cartel rolled up with tons of vehicles, with heavily armored
guys who would prepare to die for this bust. The raid came out
successfully and the Cartel earned back their old drugs and
weapons back as they have lost it in the raid.

Well, I got a no for this.
Reasons are simple:
The ranks, the real rank structure of cartel contains
associates, soilders, capogrime and capo.

A Cartel depends on other gangs, they sell huge packages to
gangs, so all they benefits are from other gangs.

I like the story but the ranks and the vehicles are just bad.
Since when cartel gang drives around in gangster cars? Change
the vehicles and the ranks and you will have yes from me. Good
