Reporting about lspd!

Name of the staff you're reporting:Austin(not really reporting
but want to tell you..)
Explain briefly what happened:i'm a cadet,and i have been
petroling with jeff(the SWAT),when we are there,jeff telled me
to stay out of bank,and then,he is timeout.2 Robbers and 2
ladies get out of bank,and tell me to get out of my place and
make fire on me,i dont know what to do,because i'm a cadet,and
in /members,austin is the leader and he can talk on police
radio,so i asked him what to do,he telled me to do anything,i
asked if i kill both of robbers,he telled me ok.(have
screenshot),after killing,austin /Ajail me for dm,after 1h,i
have opened game,and jeff kicked me from police because of
/ajail(for a week),and telled me to get permission to get back
in police,so what to do?
Evidence:a screenshot but i'm now on ipad i will send it in a
comment when i finish homeworks.

Dear Souna.
Your /jail was legit, I was one of the "ladies." You opened fire
against the two robbers which is completely un-rp, hence you got
jailed.
I believe you receive a one weeks suspension from the Los Santos
Police Department when you get jailed.
What you need to do? Wait a week and either re-apply for the
LSPD or gain permission to get invited back again.

I told you I wasn't LSPD, it just says so.
And you fucking MGed and /pm'ed me and I said I am not a cop
dont ask me, but you kept asking me and i said "ok" becuase I
wanted to get rid of you.
Next time act as a cop would do IRL, and it was Rambo..
What do you want us to do? Souna I think this is good for all of
us. I think you need more training and also I am sorry for
saying "ok" but what should I had done?
