New LSPD Chief

Hello people,
As you might have noticed, Chief Stefan resigned. I am his
replacement. I have noticed pretty much things that aren't
right, that's why I and Deputy Chief George are going to change
a lot of things. We will start the LSPD totally. Here are a few
things that are going to change:
- Bank Robbery: When there's a bank robbery you should head to
the bank and block off the road. Wait until the Command arrives
(That would be the highest rank) and in the mean time you should
wear your SWAT Gear including an M4. (Not for cadets unless
permissions granted). When the command arrives, you are to
listen an obey, not doing so leads to a suspension because this
is a serious situation. After the bank robbery, you will have to
return your cruiser or continue patrol. IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE
YOUR CRUISER, YOU WILL BE FINED!
- Undercover operations: Never go undercover by yourself unless
you're Captain+. If you're Captain+, you first need permissions
from a Command. NEVER GO UNDERCOVER WITHOUT A VALID REASON. If
you're going undercover you will have to report you vehicle
registration.
These are just a few rules, we will have trainings regularly
regarding the rules.
