New Faction when we hit 40 playerbase.

What is your suggestion?:Hey, I thought this for long time, and
I see no reason, to not have a Sheriff Faction, of course, when
we hit 40 playerbase per day. The thing is clear, sheriff
patrols whole san andreas, pd patrols ony los santos discourt.
Why should we add this?:One more faction to roleplay.

Add SASD when we hit 70-100.
LSPD is more than enough, we'll only be RPing in Los Santos
anyways so the SASD faction is useless.
I'll speak to Austin about another faction, though. Got one on
my mind

Do not open anything please. LSPD already has critical low
members even through live recruitments AND, LSFMD MUST be opened
before opening other factions, just pending for a bug fix which
server has no scripter as far as I know.
