       What is your suggestion?: Remove NEON, remove SPORT cars, remove
       choppers and MARK them as MARKETPLACE items(Donate) for FAIR
       server balance.
       Why should we add this?: 50% of players have neon on their cars
       and can evade very easily from cops. 75% players have SPORT
       cars(Those which run very fast) to evade even faster, 25% use
       choppers and abuse them with /robbank. They all got these for
       FREE which somewhats makes the server even MORE unbalanced(Not
       to mention that everyone has 1 million dollars and the infinite
       ammo weapons..). They should be marked as MP items, aka donation
       items. So if the player wants this, he MUST donate a certain
       donation price.

       Sorry dude but I am just laughing when I read this.
       We dont want to be a server that just takes money and money and
       money. We want players to enjoy the features GTA SA gives. We
       aren't any big server with hundreds of players. So sport cars
       will stay as they are, its not my fault you cops sucks. We are
       opening up a marketplace in a few days where you can buy the
       most powerful stuff like Sawn-Off shotguns and Patriots etc.
       Also neon and shit will stay because they are not unrealistic or
       something?
       Dude I just think you are getting mad at wrong stuff. Anyways
       helicopter maybe will cost real cash within the future. And to
       end this shit, people arent getting choppers free and people
       doesnt have 1m. I often check people's stats and they often have
       like 50-200k. And as the most expensive car costs 200k i think
       its good..
       I am working hard on the server balance and all of this is
       useless in my eyes.
