Suggestion (Bait Car)

[[Okay, first of all, I don't know if "Bait Car" has already
been done in this server. Just in case it hasn't]]
What is your suggestion?: Bait Car
Why should we add this?: I think it would be fun for everyone,
(criminals stealing the car, cops chasing the criminals...) and
it would add a new experience to the server.
Anything you want to add?: Police leave a car in the street with
a running engine and an open door. Whoever takes the car, is
chased and caught by LSPD.
[[RISKS: The criminal(s) could actually escape the police and
get away without being caught...]]

I explained above...
BAIT CAR: Police leave a car in the street with a running engine
and an open door. Whoever takes the car, is chased and caught
by LSPD.
Basically done to catch criminals
(It's a T.V show haha)
