       What is the Public Relations?
       The Public Relation is a group of individuals which is working
       with providing the best of GFX and VFX to the community.
       ---------------------------------------------------------
       REQUIREMENTS.
       To apply to be a member of the Public Relations, you must
       - Not have been banned in the past 1 months.
       - Must have been a member of the AS-RP community for at least 1
       week.
       - Be an active member of the community.
       ---------------------------------------------------------
       - Once you have applied, you have 30 days to obtain the vouches
       required. Failing to do so will result in your application being
       denied.
       - Pestering administrators/famed members to vouch on your
       application will result in an denial of your application. You
       can however send them a simple PM/VM and remind them of your
       application.
       - If you are prisoned, banned from in-game or forums whilst your
       Public Relations applications is in the initial stages, you will
       be auto-denied.
       - If you fail to answer all the required questions in the
       application, you will be auto-denied.
       - Lying/Plagiarising on your application will result in an
       immediate denial.
       - Once denied, you must wait the minimum of 14 days to apply
       again.
