       What is the Public Relations?
       The Public Relation is a group of individuals which is working
       with providing the best of GFX and VFX to the community.
       [hr]
       REQUIREMENTS.
       To apply to be a member of the Public Relations, you must
       [list]
       [li]Not have been banned in the past 1 months.[/li]
       [li]Must have been a member of the AS-RP community for at least
       1 week.[/li]
       [li]Be an active member of the community.[/li]
       [/list]

       [list][li]Once you have applied, you have 30 days to obtain the
       vouches required. Failing to do so will result in your
       application being denied.[/li]
       [li]Pestering administrators/famed members to vouch on your
       application will result in an denial of your application. You
       can however send them a simple PM/VM and remind them of your
       application.[/li]
       [li]If you are prisoned, banned from in-game or forums whilst
       your Public Relations applications is in the initial stages, you
       will be auto-denied.[/li]
       [li]If you fail to answer all the required questions in the
       application, you will be auto-denied.[/li]
       [li]Lying/Plagiarising on your application will result in an
       immediate denial.[/li]
       [li]Once denied, you must wait the minimum of 14 days to apply
       again.[/li]
