       Hello, players of America States Roleplay.
       I decided  to change the recruitment procedure completely, so
       here it comes.

       [li]Once you applied, you will be set to pending recommendations
       for the staff to decide if you're worth it or not depending on
       the work you've included in the application[/li]
       [li]If you achieve the required vouches, you will be set to
       pending phase two. The phase two is simply a final test. The
       director of Public Relations will appoint you a
       logo/signature/banner/video etc to create.[/li]
       [li]You post the GFX/VFX on the thread, then the staff will once
       again vouch if they like your work and want you in or vise
       versa.[/li]
       [li]If you achieve the required vouches, you will be set to
       pending interview with the manager of Human Resources and the
       director(s) of the Public Relations.[/li]
       [li]If you pass the interview, you will become a trial member of
       the Public Relations ( 15 days ).[/li]
       [li]You do whatever GFX/VFX artwork you're told to do, and the
       directors and managers will thoroughly go through how you've
       behaved and check the work you've done.[/li]
       [li]After the 15 days passed, the directors and managers will
       decide if you get to become a full member of the Public
       Relations. If they don't like what you've done, you're denied
       and removed from the Public Relations.[/li]

       [li]Four(4) Junior Administrator+[/li]
       [li]Seventy percent(70%) of the current Public Relations
