[Poll] Remove CJ Speed

CJ speed gives everyone UNFAIR advantages such as easily evading
police, shots, taze and a lot more. They also cause lag to the
server when a lot people are running in one time.

No for me, since this is a low/medium we dont have so heavy rp
situations often. Also I like the speed since I am mostly admin
duty.

Btw, admins can unfairly use s0beits so whats the use of cj
speed if they use it??
