What is your suggestion?:
Rules:
Ninja jacking = It's strictly forbidden to steal an occupied car
WITHOUT RP doing it. Failure so, is an instanteous jail.
Chicken running = To avoid getting shot. Jailable
Log to void = /q to avoid getting shot, arrested etc. Jailable
BH to void = To void cops and bullets. Jailable
C-Bug = Unfair advantage, jailable
AP(Asspull, assput) = This is RP server and this must be RPed...
Without RP it, how the hell can a person react and take cover
from possible shootout?
It's strictly frobidden to do crimes at neutral areas such as PD
HQ, City Hall and Pershing Square = IRL, no way you would do
this. Jailable
Remove CJ, it ruins the server, everyone chicken running, we
cant taze anyone etc.
Remove helicopters, they abuse them.
Remove Nitro, they abuse them to evade cops easily. This should
be marketplace item.
Why should we add this?: To avoid players thinking this is DM
server only and leave server, as well as to make it fair
balance.

Ninja jacking means exploiting the SA-MP bug which makes the
person you jack die as you does so. Jacking a car without RPing
it isn't considered "ninja jacking"
I agree with what you mean, though.

Yeah, that's considered avoiding roleplay.

Bunnyhopping is already a rule, to avoid bullets etc. should be
considered powergaming.

You CAN do it in real life, for example mug someone and quickly
leave the area, unsupporting this one.

Almost all of the server rules suggestions you mentioned already
exists..
Nothing will be accepted.
