       LSPD Application - Vincent Velaquez

       Why do you want to join LSPD?(minimum 100 words): Well, since I
       was just a kid I've been living in the streets. And when I grew
       up, after all my friends and family died, my gun was only
       company. I was taught to cheat, to steal and even to kill in
       order to survive. When I moved to Los Santos, I thought my life
       would change. But I was really wrong. I didn't have and still
       don't have much money, so I couldn't buy a house. I started
       working as a bodyguard until some people from a mafia gave me
       the opportunity to earn a lot of money, but that meant returning
       to criminal life. Although I didn't like the idea, I accepted
       because they let me no choice. And so I started working as an
       arms dealer in order to get the best weapons for my boss. But I
       got arrested twice because of that job and they didn't pay me as
       much as I expected, so I decided to leave and since I saw with
       my own eyes what people do in the streets of Los Santos, I
       thought to myself that I needed to do something about it. Since
       then I only want to clean the streets and become someone
       respectul. I'd love to become a Police Officer so I can
       compensate for what I did in the past. I could use my own
       experiences so if I become a Police Officer I'll know where I'm
       moving. And also I could meet new people in the Police
       Department. I think that would be great.
       How can you help LSPD?(minimum 50 words): I could help the LSPD
       by bringing professionalism to it. I have good skills in
       shooting. I could help the LSPD develop by guiding the officers
       and the other people who are in the LSPD. I could report the
       corrupt officers to the high command and get them fired. I can
       help the PD in many ways. These are some of the main ones.
