Sometimes, there is no shoutbox and then after a few minutes it
comes back.

Does this happen when you go to different parts of the forum or
a re you meaning that the shoutbox lags(It only loads sometime
after the has loaded?)?

When I go to different parts of the Forum, but now it hasn't
happened for a while, about one day. I will notify you if it
happens again, I think it may be a glitch.

Actually I did some minute upgrades to the forum, you must have
seen it in between the construction.
