       All the common application will be posted on the ASG Rater
       Recruitment Board and will be voted upon. It can be posted by
       anyone who is mini boss and above. Now you will be asking why I
       recruited LevelO directly, I did it because he was a boss once
       and has helped me a lot, so in order to respect what he did for
       ASG I appointed him directly.
