       Factions

       A faction is a group of people together. Such as a clan. A
       faction can be for a fan club. Or a player versus player clan. A
       group of builders. Or just a plain group of people having fun.
       Here are the the commands for factions. These can only be used
       by the owner of the faction.
       Only admins may create factions. Others will have to be
       disbanded.
       F List (Page #) Shows all factions.
       F Map (On.Off) Shows map to where faction is.
       F Leave. Leaves current faction.
       F Join (Faction Name) Self explaining.
       F Home. Goes to faction's home (if set)
       -------Owner of clan------
       F Desc (Text) Sets description of faction.
       F Claim. Claim land you stand on.
       F Kick (Name) Kick a player from faction.
       F Mod (Name) Give mod status to player.
       F Admin (Name) Give admin status to player.
       F Title (Name) (Title) Gives a player a nickname. (Are fun. No
       rules to set for them.)
       F Tag (Tag) This is important for a faction to be easily known.
       F Ally-Neutral-Enemy(Clan Tag)  Sets enemy or friend to faction.
       If both factions choose ally for each other you become allies.
       If one faction chooses enemy you will become enemies.
       ---Some Info----
       You cannot hurt other members or allies.
       No hurting neutrals in their own territory.
       Always able to hurt enemies or players without a faction.
       Damage from others is reduced in your territory.
       Other faction members may build in their territory.
