       Teleport command

       HEY! Is it some sort of plug-in you use for the teleport command
       thing so that you can accept it or refuse?

       Hey Anthony... sorry for my late response, I'm on a kind of
       break due to school work :P
       Anyways, ASSUMING you're running Craftbukkit...
       The plugin we originally used for the /tpa (teleport requests)
       command was Essentials.

       Essentials does however, add everything the plugin creator
       considered 'essential' to the Minecraft server. This means
       you'll automatically have an MOTD (Join message), among many
       more commands. Many of these you might consider useful,
       including teleporting to coordinates, a jail and ban/kick
       system... along with weather control commands. We dropped
       Essentials a short while back when I took over developing the
       server plugins.
       However, if you don't want to add all this to the server,
       another viable plugin for your use would be TeleportSuite..

       This plugin adds all of teleport based commands from Essentials,
       albeit with different command names. This plugin would probably
       be a good choice to to Essentials being rather demanding.
