Want to have a Builder rank?

There will be several requirements that we will be judging you
with if you want to be a builder.. don't bother asking if you
haven't built anything yet.... we also reserve the right to add
things to this list if we think or see anything that hasn't been
already added
1 - Build something on the server - Sounds like a given but
people still don't get it...
2 - Week or longer on the server- if you just joined, don't
bother asking..
3 -No box houses - if your house has 4 walls and flat roof, you
will not be considered..
4 -No workbenches, chests or stoves used as building materials,
unless covered up on the outside wall or ceiling - if we can see
your workbenches from the outside or from a floor below it, than
you are doing it wrong..
5 -Use different material - even if you are a member you can
farm and mine different building materials.. of course
gathering and mining take time.. get over it or go to another
server...
6 -Symmetry - if you are making two towers, rooms, or
structures that are meant to look a like, make sure they are
even and aligned.. if we see structures that are misaligned,
then we will consider you sloppy and lazy, especially if you
refuse to fix it... we don't need anymore sloppily built
structures on this server...
7 -Unique and interesting designs - hard to explain because
everyone has different tastes.. this doesn't mean just placing
blocks down in a crazy pattern to make it unique.. basically we
want to see your thought process and why you made a design in
certain way... placing blocks in no pattern what so ever is not
acceptable..
8 -No Grass floors - when you first join the server, making a
box house and grass floor is fine, but after you've been on the
server for a week we will expect you to have a more finished
look to your house... the question you have to ask yourself..
"Would you live in this house if it was real?".. i bet 90% of
the people asked would not want a grass floor...
9 -Amenities in your building - maybe not as important as the
others but if you are building a house, we would like to see
things like a dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms,
greenhouse, etc... and they have to be furnished.. maybe even a
roller coaster or pool in your house.. but you can get away with
not doing this, if the rest of your building is epic..
10 -Size does matter - bigger the better ... if it a tiny
house, it better be quite epic.. fully furnished, a ton of
amenities, and very stylish... this doesn't mean that all
larger structures will be ok.. if you make a large structure and
it's just one big rectangle, you will not be considered to be a
builder...
11 -Useless train tracks - if you don't know how to use Rails,
don't use them.. you aren't impressing anyone..
12 -Excessive use if Jack-o-lanterns- they are fine to use as a
light source at times but please don't use them excessively..
they look very out of place if used every where... glowstone
and torches will always make a better alternative..
13 -No previous griefing record
Things that will cause you to be demote
1 -Quality of work drops- if your structures look sloppy,
uneven, and unfinished, you will be warned and then demoted if
you dont fix your structures..
2 -Builder rank is to build your own structures - you aren't
getting spawn rights if you only are going to use it to spawn
and help other people build... you aren't spawner for your
friends.. anyway caught spawning excessive items for friends or
other players will be demoted..
3 -Selling items that you can spawn will also get you
demoted....
