Looks fine, I think, for future reference, that you should
reference other servers that trust you. Another, please specify
the rank and your previous experience in that rank. You have my
support here, but there should be some improvements in your next
application.

Yes hes been on the server for quite some time now, and I know
he follows the rules. He will be able to fairly moderate the
server.
