       Basic Set-Up For New Starters

       When you first start the game you need a set up that will be
       different to what you finish up with once you have grown.  This
       is particularly the case when you are also in a newly set up
       alliance.
       The basic structure to have at the beginning is:
       1 of each of the specialists buildings
       8 Cottages
       The rest of the spots filled with barracks
       Half of your resource fields to be farms and then evenly
       distribute the others across the other resource fields.
       This will give you a balanced position to get yourself going.
       DO NOT leave spots empty!  Just fill them with Level 1 buildings
       because even a Level 1 building will help you.
