Lost and Hidden Artifacts

There are reports...well it can be read here-
In a private conversation with a well-known historical
researcher
(who shall remain nameless), I was told that a former
employee of
the Smithsonian, who was dismissed for defending the
view of
diffusionism in the Americas (i.e. the heresy that other
ancient
civilisations may have visited the shores of North and South
America
during the many millenia before Columbus), alleged
that the
Smithsonian at one time had actually taken a barge full of
unusual
artifacts out into the Atlantic and dumped them in the ocean.
Many of the names of monuments around the Grand Canyon are
Egyptian, which by itself is interesting. But coupled with
researchers who claim to have found Hieroglyphics and tombs in
the area...well it certainly is worth looking into. These are
some of the purported artifacts to have disappeared after being
in the supposed safe hands of the Smithsonian Museum.

Early on Smithsonian curators and donors chose an ideology known
as "Isolationism", one that suggest there was no contact between
ancient cultures, that ancient man was indeed quite primitive.
"Diffusionism", to quote Childress again, is "a
school which believes that throughout history there has
been
widespread dispersion of culture and civilisation via
contact by
ship and major trade routes.
Call it professional arrogance, call it elitism, call it what it
is, over the years many anomalous artifacts and even entire
archaeological dig sites have simply disappeared from the
record, from the earth, supposed to have been kept safe by the
Smithsonian Institute. The Isolationist theory was/is so
strongly espoused that they may have gone so far as to destroy
evidence to the contrary.
