With all due respect.
Retired means you're still apart of the association, it does not
mean you have left imo.
I don't believe he should re-apply just because he went
inactive.
But oh well, I got no input whatsoever, it's not my decisions.
Just thought I should put my thoughts out there because it's a
tad harsh if you ask me.

Somebody has to change name of that list. ''Retired'' is not a
right word to use.

Just name it ex-ACI members, simple. Then it's clear they have
to reapply

Why put ex-ACI's? If he was officially kicked, he has to
re-apply, but if not, he can wear the tag.
