I appreciate you joined our trainings despite the fact that
it's so late for you. You've shown great skills and teamwork
today, I want to see more of you before I can make a decision on
this. You slightly lag a bit more than the other due to your
location, but it's not quite a big deal

I agree with XTM!I've actually seen this "more"(xtm talking
about) and i can say that from the first day he joined he is
active and always play with us.He has some good skills and he
seems he is really serious for this.I really like it and
appreciate u came in our training today,i hope u gonna continue
like this!
