[ACI] RaidCall.

As you guys have seen how bad we could be when we had no medium
to communicate except team chat. From now we'll train and
communicate with each other with raidcall.
Download and register raidcall.
Uncheck auto login.
Sometimes it might show can't login error 23 retry and it should
work fine.
Join this group.
Id : 8957252.
Every member can have his own channel aswell. Also, any leader
PM me to whom shall I give admin.

No need for raidacall dude.We have mumble and mumble is much
better i guess!

is much better than mumble.

Also, we should host our own samp server instead of paying for
mumble.
