[ACI]Xumepa is leaving SAMP

As my title says, Xumepa is leaving SAMP, which also means he's
leaving ACI. He told me that via PM on Partyserver's forum.
He gave his account to his friend, [OMCK]Jezus.

It's so sad... He was actually really active on Partyserver.
Friendly guy and a nice player.
