You know, It's become clear to me now that this clan has no
direction. I thought you guys were going to be a fun clan, a
clan where people chilled and were cool with each other and
****. But today made it damn clear what kind of clan that most
of you want this clan to be. This clan is the biggest bunch of
POSERS that I have ever seen. You guys expect results and wins
on a silver platter, and get angry at each other when that
doesn't happen. Well guys, I've been playing this game for over
5 years and in this game, UNLESS you put in the WORK, You won't
get **** in return. So my suggestion to you?: Cut your
expectations down A LOT, if this is all the work you are going
to put into wanting to become a good clan. In this game it ain't
an either or. Either you take A/D seriously, or you don't.
Either is a good option. You can be a serious or a fun clan,
either can be good. And you guys can't seem to decide.
Well Anyway, don't move this to private chat or anything. Want
everyone to see this.

We have gave our members change to join trainings, we have gave
our members change to play (training)clan wars.
When ever we do so, nobody wants to join them. Or in best case
somebody comes he comes one hour late.
About todays TCW, why did we even challenge "3rd best clan in
samp" if we are on this level? Even blind scrub beer engine on
roads know we will loose.

But in those trainings do you ever spend time working on tactics
or strategies for individual bases? No. All you do is have
random teams of players uselessly playing bases in which most
people just joke around on and don't actually try. Which, in a
fun clan environment, is great, but when you want your clan to
actually do well against good clans that DO take a/d seriously,
well look what happens then. You're fucked.

And how many trainings you have been in lately? If we are only
2-4 there its kinda fking hard to try to make tactics, or
something.
It doesnt really matter if those 2-4 out of 20 knows the
tactics.

I STOPPED GOING TO TRAININGS BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING US
NOWHERE AND WHEN I SUGGESTED WE ACTUALLY DO SOME WORK AT THE
TRAININGS NO ONE LISTENED!
