       If you want to buy an IGN:
       - Be aware that STS gives back names that are taken from
       returning old accounts
       - If an IGN that you bought gets returned, I will not ban the
       person who sold you the IGN
       If you want to sell an IGN:
       - Be aware that if you sell your IGN, you can never take it
       back
