Tonight -| PT |- Milano was kicked by myself and permanently
banned by Heavy from the server for a multitude of reasons:
1) Constantly asking multiple members of the clan to unban his
clan mate -| PT |- Remco, even after it has been explained to
him why Remco had been banned and the course of action that
should be taken (that he should register on the forums and ask
to be unbanned with an apology).
2) Constant confrontational behaviour on the server
3) Spam (even when asked not to)
I have just received an email from -| PT |- Milano which reads
as follows:
Can u unbanned Me (-| PT |- Milano) and -| PT |- Remco on the
aq|hardcore server. we're deeply sorry that i have affeded you
that much for me to be permantly banned, could we please be
reprieved.
Thanks.....
I have replied to him stating (yet again) the best course of
action for now himself and any other clan members who are banned
and that is to register on the forums and post an apology.
Steve could you take a look at the website and forum settings
when you get a moment , as I am 100% sure that I selected my
email to be hidden... I will have another look to make sure.

Milano, thanks for your email.
You have been told on numerous occasions how to go about the
process of unbanning. I suggest you register on the aQ| forums
which can be found at www.aq-clan.tk and state when and under
what player name you were banned and apologise for your actions,
only then will unbanning you and any other -| PT |- clan members
be considered.
Your banning tonight came for a number of reasons including your
continued pestering of aQ| clan members to un-ban your clan
mate, even though you had been told on numerous occasions the
best course of action to take. That coupled with your attitude
on the server towards other players and spamming the server
despite being asked by an admin not to left us with very little
alternative but to permanently ban you.

Just a guess
Also you have put your email address in the MSN field, which has
no option for being hidden.

Thats my application post I think Steve, The website now hides
my email address but for some reason the forums still displays
my email, unless for some reason it displays because it is my
profile ???
Good point about the MSN Steve I hadn't noticed lol

Milano thanks for following my instructions and posting an
apology on the forums. We will let you know in due course
whether you and your team mate will be unbanned from the AeQuus
public server.

....very heartfelt appology there. >:( isnt this a place to
appeal? ......as in explain your actions.
You realize we have rules on our server to protect the regular
players and make sure everyone who comes and plays there will
have a good time and enjoy themselves. That it will be free from
idiots and immaturity, people who set about to annoy everyone
else and sometimes behave in ways that are truly inexcusable.
Most people wanna come on and play have a good time, escape from
their mundane or stressful lives. We choose to maintain the
reputation of our server with these rules and its up to us who
plays on our server because we pay money from our own pockets to
keep it running.
If it were down to me i wouldn't lift any ban from anyone on our
server, there are plenty of other servers out there that you can
go annoy people on.
....plus that appology was truly lame.

I have to agree with Agnostic, you have put little or no thought
into your response and indeed don't really appear too sincere in
your apology, I appreciate there may be some difficulty in the
language divide but even still I would be inclined not to let
you or the other members of -| PT |- who are banned back on the
server, unless of course the other members wish to come to the
forums and put a little more effort and forethought into their
appeal.
