Sip 'n Paint (and similar) options

Here are some options I've found online so far. I haven't
contacted any of these, so this is just what's out on the
internet. I typically don't do much for companies that can't
take time to make a website (I mean, there are free ones out
there). Here's what I've found, and some info that is very
simplified. More info is either on the websites, or we'd need to
contact the company. Most events are 2-3 hrs.
Clink

- Seem to do a lot of the
work for you. They charge a fee for the guests ($40 each or $35
each for a couple). Then they donate up to 30% back to the
cause. They take care of setup, cleanup, and even help with
organization and promotion.
Wine & Design

/>- They have a thing called Paint it Forward. They don't have
prices listed but said that the larger the event, the more we
earn.

The website says they only do one event a month, but I think
that is for in-studio events. They might have more flexibility
in our space.
YAYmaker Events

- This is an event
planning group that does Sip 'n Paint Fundraisers. They charge
$39.99+tax per person, and we can charge what we want for
tickets.
JK Woodworked Creations

- This company
is different, and I love it. This might be more appealing to men
as well, where as the others are often something that you mostly
see women at. Their website isn't up-to-date, but I've found a
couple of things online that they offer and it looks fun. The
items are wood, not canvases. They don't have fundraisers listed
on their site, but I hope they'll do them. Prices vary with each
event. Most are held in places like breweries and such.
The Mad Splatter

- They do lots of events, although
their website doesn't list fundraisers. Would be interesting to
check. In their studios, you splash paint on canvas or pottery,
but only 20 people can be accommodated at a time. It looks like
they also offer regular painting as well for pottery and
canvases. If you want them to come to you, the splatter parties
need to be outside (as you can imagine) so that would need to
wait until warmer weather. It's in Greensboro so I don't know if
they charge fees to travel.
Distractions Studio

- A
paint-your-own pottery studio (that also has canvases) in High
Point. They will do fundraisers in your own location for large
groups (they said over 300 on their site). I think items have to
be pre-purchased, but there aren't prices online. I'm sure it
depends on the pieces.
