       XP in Anywhere Cafe

       Okay. I am looking at the possibility of making everyone's life
       a little easier with tracking XP. I'm considering doing
       something similar to [member=4]Evil Squeegee[/member]
       (They/Them) for Idigam, and making all base XP go to the player
       instead of the character.
       How this would work is that as long as you were active in a
       week, you get X number of XP to spend among your characters.
       This must be tracked somewhere, but Grant's spreadsheet could
       easily work for it if I modify it a little. It doesn't matter
       who it goes to as long as it's an approved character.
       Any votes or popcorn are a bonus to the character, not the
       player. Since they're only 0.25/0.10 XP each, I don't think
       they'll unbalance things.
       So, if your weakest character needs to buy off a big flaw, you
       can devote all your XP to it to make it happen sooner if you
       like.
       The weekly XP allotment would be the same for every player: 9 XP
       is the number I'm looking at right now. I'm not looking at
       setting a limit on spends right now because oWoD has much more
       expensive buys than nWoD, but if the need for one pops up, I may
       revisit this.
       So! What do you all think?
