       [Mage] Fluff n' Fold Laundromat - Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA

       Outwardly, this place is nothing but a storefront laundromat in
       one of the not-great neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Nothing about
       its stained ceiling tile, flickering fluorescent lights,
       scratched linoleum, or weather-beaten industrial washers and
       dryers hints at a chantry. Ordinary folks from the neighborhood
       come in and do the wash all the time, and the place has a
       reputation for not being much to look at, but quiet, safe, and
       reliable.
       But a mage will see that the table piled with old magazines, the
       multi-in-one free-to-play video game near the door, the
       bolted-to-the-wall TV, even the change machine all have
       *something* about them.
       The back door, visible by and accessible only to mages, leads to
       a larger space that feels like a cross between a waiting room
       for the laundromat, a flophouse, a thrift store, and a rec room.
       A take-a-book-leave-a-book library, a refrigerator that somehow
       always manages to have leftovers, and a random assortment of
       mostly working phones and tablets are all there for the using.
       Mages who have close ties to the street congregate here, give
       each other mutual support, and replenish their powers.
       Every now and then they bring in a derelict, a runaway, a
       battered wife, or a recovering alcoholic to get some proper
       rest, eat something halfway nourishing, and find some footing.
       They aren't permitted to stay long (mages have to keep their
       secrets, after all), and when they're released, they may
       remember the place but have no idea how to get back there.
       The current stewards of the laundromat are Artie Hanover (pb:
       Hubert Selby) and his goddaughter Tracy Gillis. (Both are NPCs.)
       Artie handles the mage side of things; Tracy the more mundane
       side; but they swap duties as needed.
