       If you started a thread on the RP message board, or in some
       other medium that was then linked or posted from the RP message
       board, that includes other players, you may take 3 XP per
       thread. If the thread continues over multiple weeks, you can
       take the XP for every week it's active.
       Note that this does not apply to solo threads! Those are already
       covered under the other awards.
       The ST Awards are for the player, not the character, so you can
       spend them anywhere you like -- just track where they go! Please
       post here with your totals and the weeks you posted so I have it
       for record-keeping. You're on the honor system here.
