       [Mage] Tammany Hall Chantry, NYC (onworking)

       Built in the old NYC City Hall subway station and hidden with
       clever illusions from the trains that run past parts of it.
       Hidden tracks hold antique trains that are preserved from the
       passage of time with magic, and used to house the chantry's
       Library. Each train is 10 cars long and holds some of the bulk
       of the valuable books that belong to Tammany. Each train is
       labeled with the Dewey Decimal System designation of the books
       within, and all of them have affectionate nicknames from the
       locals. The trains run between the material world and the
       Horizon Realm attached to the chantry, so you'll need to wait
       for the right train for your books, sometimes.
       The platforms are lined with reading tables, and what was once
       the service tunnel beyond has been converted to a skylit casting
       chamber.
