       I order a mildly ridiculous amount of food. Anyone still in the
       café from when Abigail Prezley came through might possibly do a
       double take at another slim blonde prepared to pack away a
       trucker's meal. Of course, my order would only feed a family of
       three, one of them a toddler at that. I follow Katherine to the
       table and tuck in while waiting for everyone to be in the same
       chapter, if not on the same page.
