       All active players get 9XP for the PLAYER per week. This week,
       each player will receive 36 TOTAL to cover the weeks of 5/26,
       6/2, 6/9, and 6/16.
       All sub-setting STs receive 5XP per sub-setting that was ACTIVE
       per week. This week, each Sub-setting ST will receive 20 XP per
       subsetting for the weeks of 5/26, 6/2, 6/9, and 6/16.

       add it to their player XP instead.
