       All active players get 9XP for the PLAYER for the week.
       All players in active MB threads get 3XP for the CHARACTER in
       the scene.
       All STs who created a MB thread get 3XP for having an active
       scene going.
       All sub-setting STs receive 5XP per sub-setting that was ACTIVE
       this week.
       *** Please note: I will be phasing out the MB XP within the
       month. You will still be counted as active if you have IC posts
       on the MB, even if you have no votes in the room. ***
