This meet up will be so much FUN!!!!!!! I can't wait! ;D So the
activities we are going to do is "Spin the Bottle ( hug version
)", "Ride that Mustang", and possibly a photo shoot. Anything
else you guys wanna do at the meet up?
Also, do you guys wanna meet for 2 hours or 1?

Yay!! Thsi is gonna be awesome! I wouldn't mind going for 2
hours, but that's up to everyone else. One hour would be fine ,
as well. :)
And maybe the power of two awesome Prussia's and America can be
enough to convince her. I tried by myself last night and 1
awesomeness didn't seem to work. :(
But if not, my mom is easier to convince that I'm old enough to
be responsible for myself. I think.

I say, lets do it for 2 hours. For the place to meet.... I dont
think it should be outside ( would be dark ) and the lobby might
not be the best place to do the Ride that Mustang game since we
are going to be singing ( though I may be wrong. The lobby could
be a possibility ). Lets meet outside the Hetalia Dating Game (
Autographs/Panel 4 ) and see what our options are when we're
there.
Sound good for everyone?

So, would we want to do a photoshoot meet-up at that time?
That's a little late for me, considering I'll be going
Saturday--- All /day/ Saturday. However, that is no problem as
it seems to work out for everyone at that time.
[I haven't saw a time for a Hetalia photoshoot (maybe I need to
read more)... but if you do have one, I have some suggestions
because Hetalia is a huge group!]
I had to run both Hetalia photoshoots at Animazement this year,
with over 50+ people. :]
-Group Photo of everyone [This allows people to leave if they
need too, but still be in a Hetalia group shot.]
-Group photos of continents [Europe is the biggest. Russia can
go with Europe or Asia because there usually arn't that many
asian countries cosplaying. If there are, this gives them a
chance to be in a photo.]
-Group photos of allies, axis, g-8, etc. [The different known
groups of Hetalia. Most consist of Frying-pangle, the Russia
house, Tomato gang, etc,etc.]
-Requests [mainly pairings or ideas]
Requests can get crazy, but the best thing to do is to get
everyone to raise their hands and start choosing. This is the
quickest and most efficient way to get everyone's pairings. IF
they don't like the pairing, they can deal with it--- and
request their own later. It worked VERY well at AZ, and we had a
photo shoot that lasted 1-2 hours. I doubt the group will be
that large, but if you make it on Saturday... I can help. If
not, then I hope this little guide helps you!~
I hope to see you all Saturday as Russia. You can't miss me,
I'll be the 6' tall Russia with purple contacts xD

The time may not work for me, as I dunno how long I will be
there, but if I am I will def come by. If not I will be
Switzerland all day. I'm tiny, 4'11, so just look for the short
neutral country. ^_^

Well... the get together is mainly just to play games and hang
out. The photo shoot isn't top priority. If people want to take
pics with each other... that will be fine. But I don't think we
should spend our 2 hours stressing over who gets in what pic and
etc. Thats only my opinion though. If we get done with all the
games and have a lot of time leftover... we could do a photo
shoot. I was just thinking maybe a group photo at the end and be
done with it. If anyone wants to take separate pics with other
nations... they could do so on their own time. If anyone
disagrees with this... please feel free and tell me. This is
only my opinion. Im only saying this since this meet up was
mainly just to hang out with fellow Hetalia cosplayers. I think
if anyone decides what is what and what we do... it should be
theAwesome. She was the one that planned all this. :D
