Yay or Nay - Hayao Miyazaki Panel

I don't claim to be an expert, and I'm honestly just a fan girl.
Though I have requested for the Anime Anthropologist - He was at
Ichibancon and he was pretty awesome. I don't know if...he's
available to come to ASE sooo I was wondering if I should do a
Hayao Miyazaki Panel.
I'm a college student, and I'm currently in a film class where I
had to do an in-depth research project on the auteur theory of a
director of my choice. I was wondering if anyone would be
interested in hearing my...presentation of my research project
on Hayao Miyazaki. It's roughly..30 minutes long...but I plan to
add more into it with AMVs and whatnot. I concentrated my
in-depth analysis of Miyazaki's style of animation as portrayed
through Nausicaa and Princess Mononoke.
CUTTING TO THE CHASE: Would anyone bother to go to see a fangirl
present her research project of Auteur Theory of Hayao Miyazaki?

You know, actually, I need to get in touch with my old professor
about this - last semester I had an entire course at UT on
Miyazaki's works, and the professor was extremely thorough and
awesome. She expressed some interest in maybe doing a panel once
I announced the con to the class...^.^
And as for your idea, heck yeah! Anything on him is always fun,
and a huge hit at anime cons since he's such an important
influence. I say go for it! (Although if it's primarily Nausicaa
and Mononoke, I'd request adding in some Totoro too - that would
finish the trifecta!)

I'm actually working on a Studio Ghibli Panel(I.E Miyazaki Hayao
and Goro, and Isao Takahata's works) for another Convention, so
yes I'd love to see what you have to say about Miyazaki. Though
I do agree with Travis, about adding some more works into the
mix. maybe some Ponyo, Kiki, and Totoro.

I REMEMBER THIS GUY! He is amazing PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring
him to ASE. He is a great panelist and very professional! Also
he is very entertaining. He has great panels on ghosts of japan
and death gods too. ASE should consider bringing him. He's
amazing!

I would definitely sit in for a Miyazaki panel! That man is a
complete genius in the animation/story telling world.
Also, Travis ... there's a course at UT on Miyazaki?! I need to
take this! D:

Were you at Ichibancon? If so - I was the Kiki he called out to
in like..2 of the panels. Lol >> but!
Oh now I'm getting stage fright! Would anyone wanna collab with
me at..all?
@Travis - Seriously get your Professor to do it ;o I'd totally
love to see someone a heck of a lot smarter than me do it if the
Anime Anthropologist can't come.

I think I remember you! I was Amu from Shugo Chara for this
panel. I was in the front row. Man those were good seats!
