Hello AnimeSouthEast
This is Gregory Richardson, Chief Operations Officer of the
National Video Game Association (NVGA). On behalf of the
SuperCon 2K Series we would like to introduce your convention to
an entirely new experience for all those who have an interest
for video gaming at your convention . We have currently finished
the inaugural season of the SuperCon 2K Series program in 2011
and have started our 2012 season in a big way. We first
showcased our program at A-KON 22 as well as a variety of
conventions and events that include the new comic book
convention in New Mexico called ABQ Comic Expo (ACE), Mid
Atlantic Anime Convention, CutthroatCon, Jack's Got Game and
Gobble-Con. We are continuing to add more conventions and events
to our great SuperCon 2K Series lineup for the 2012 season which
include Fighter Frenzy, Wizard World, Mega-Con, Animeland
Wasabi, ConCarolinas, Carolina Games Summit, GameFest, A-Kon 23,
and many more. You can see media from these events, dedicated
pages for each convention and our news articles related to the
SuperCon 2K Series here:

We would love to bring this program to your convention July
13th-15th 2012. Overall, our program not only provides a great
atmosphere for all gamers at your convention with tons of new
game titles, technology, game premiers and more, but it provides
a marketing partner for your convention 365 days of the year.
Add in our expert game managers, online events leading up to
your convention, the development of a NVGA chapter in your area
who will support your con and you have a program that serves the
needs, wants and desires of your convention. No convention or
event is too big or too small for this program as we work
closely with you to provide you with what you need to make your
game room a main event, increase the attendance of gamers to
your convention and to overall make the convention a big
success. In the end EVERYONE WINS with a:
-No Headache/Turn Key Operation
-Standardized, professional equipment, knowledgeable staff
members, national rankings with exposure
-Cost effective way varying from .05 - .25 per attendee to bring
more exposure to your show by adding a professional video gaming
area to interact with your existing con to enhance the overall
fun factor
-Extended marketing with online qualifiers linked to your show
-Enough equipment and staff to handle the population of you
convention
-Additional events to add to the convention i.e. Lisle Wilkerson
Below are some reference links so you can see what the SuperCon
2K Series, NVGA, VIBRAS and Track Scan are doing across the

Hello kuto, we are hoping that we can bring our program to Anime
SouthEast. Sounds like a really exciting show and it would fit
well with our existing cons that use our program.
