       A cosplay Panel!

       For some otakus this may be there first con. Or maybe even there
       first
       Time even dressing up! I think maybe a cosplay panel would be
       great to teach others: how to style wigs, making a costume,
       ideas to save money on your costumes, (cause wee all know some
       costumes are expensive),maybe even how to do your make-up for
       cosplay, and the do's and don'ts of cosplaying. :) I think this
       panel will help a lot of new cosplayers in the future! :D

       I will not be allowed to do this panel but whoever wants to take
       my idea is welcome to! I know a couple of people that greatly
       need this panel haha.

       It seems interesting.. so long as someone submits the panel
       request form and is willing to run it, its a possibility.
