There's a lot of good ones, but I'd start with Fullmetal
Alchemist Brotherhood, or FMAB. It was one of my first, and I
still love it to pieces c:

Anyway, Soul Eater might be a good start, too.
Although FMA 03 was actually my first.
Never seen brotherhood.
