Jayfrost's blue eyes tracked the cats around, her mouth staying
closed so nobody knew she was there. She liked it like that, so
that no attention was brought to her. She was utterly shy, and
didn't like anybody looking at her, expecting anything that she
couldn't present to them.

Slimkit turned towards the she-cat, because he had smelled her,
and flattened his ears, preparing to snarl. His father had
taught him the only use for she-cats was bringing kits. And that
was it.
