Laws and Law Suggestions. (Also voting)

[center]Suggested things:
1. Changes to the Trucker vs Cops. (Non-violent Cops Vs
Truckers. Overloading is still punishable with a fine. IF caught
and fined, truckers must /drop packages. Cops not authorized to
KILL truckers or fire on the truck other than the tires.)
2. Allowed Weed for medical purposes. Low limit (Depending on
how much you can carry)
3. Government Loans. (If tax + my funds allow it) Must be
repaid.[/center]

Why this law should be put into effect: This law should be put
into effect because it would make the streets safer for all of
our citizens (Cool for RP)

Proposed law: Truckers MUST stop at checkpoint
Why this law should be put into effect: Well, in real life, you
can get away from cops when they try to stop you, but you have
two sets of spikes at a checkpoint, you wouldn't really go
through it in real life. I suggest that truckers MUST stop at a
checkpoint, not go through it.

Perhaps you should put spike strips down like you can on CLG? If
you can here though.. I liked making art with them..

Reckless driving is a given for cops. Cops can already freely
pull over someone for this.

Combine this with my suggestion one maybe? Mids idea of spike
strips also works with it.

Proposed law: It's not really a law, but I am suggesting a bill
of rights sort of thing.
Why this law should be put into effect: Why the fuck not.
For those of you that do not know, a Bill of Rights is a list of
freedoms the gov. will protect, and for America (San Andreas is
a fictional state in the USA..) the Bill of Rights are the first
10 Amendments to the Constitution, and I am thinking we take the
ones that could apply to samp and have them as sort of freedoms
the people have. Here are the freedoms I thought of:
Amendment I: Freedom of Speech and the press, you can say what
you want, unless it is slander or lies that are made to hurt
people, for example you can not make ads contracting people.
Amendment II: Right to bear arms. (guns) You can not be arrested
for owning a gun.
Amendment VII: I skipped a few that involve courts and such. No
cruel and unusual punishment. While in jail the Police can not
harass, torture, hurt, or kill criminals.
Right to have a lawyer (If the server has the lawyer job...)
These are sport of limitations that if you pass (Like if you
make adds contracting people you can not say it is freedom of
speech) you can be arrested. These freedoms can not be taken
away, too. (Which means that Ownage can not deny Lawyers to help
criminals, if the server has lawyers.)

yourself) and the right to be tried by a grand jury for a

automatically given to the people. (Meant to appease the
Anti-Federalists)
Tenth Amendment
automatically given to the states.
Eleventh Amendment
automatically goes before the Supreme Court. Residents of one
state cannot sue another state. Another country can't sue the US
and vice verse.
Twelfth Amendment
president and VP are elected together.
Thirteenth Amendment
power to enforce abolition through legislation.
Fourteenth Amendment
and prohibits the states from denying due process and equal
protection under the law. Also states that the value of the debt
must always be paid and honored, and cannot be questioned. Also
excludes women from voting.

Sixteenth Amendment

weaponry.
Why this law should be put into effect: This should be put into
effect because not too long ago in CLG Me and the other LSV
members killed the governor (RPed him being in the hospital)
when he got out of the hospital we held him for ransom and the
cops didn't have the power to kill us.

We could use some of all 27, but some do not work in samp, like
No Quartering of Troops. There are no troops..

Cops are already overpowered.......CLG is different from this
server.
