Changes to the Staff Team.

(+) Promotions

[li]Adott has been promoted strictly to a Forum Developer.[/li]
[li]Uhh Ohh has been promoted to Server Moderator.[/li]

(-) Demotions

[li]Lee has been removed from our staff team. He was no longer
necessary for our development, at best he was actively online to
support players, not a job suited for a developer. I don't want
to go too into detail but hopefully he'll still be around as a
part of our community on his other accounts: Blossm &
Ornstein.[/li]

With the reset now over, our moderator has been chosen. Please
all help us welcome Uhh Ohh, a great player, a valuable member
and a genuinely good guy. Hopefully he'll do us proud.

That's a real shame as I was just starting to get to know Lee as
an owner of the server. It would be a shame if he left the
server in this fashion so abruptly, anyway, you and Josh
probably made the mutual decision for this and I support it
despite the unfortunate circumstances.

Its a shame lee had to go, But on the other hand i would like to
say thanks for the chance, and i will look forward to working
with the team and becoming a big part

Congratulations. Good luck in future. About Lee. That was
actually shame even so he's a great guy. I believe a great
moderator will deserve the position.

I too am sad to see Lee leave in such a fashion. Hopefully he'll
stick around as part of our community :) I have a couple of
candidates in mind for Moderator position so we'll see how this
works out by the end of the week based on their activity and
behaviour

Mitch and Lee seem to had done great job with developing
Anarchy07. I believe Lee has his own right to leave probably its
private. And Mitch. With the honor i would help you in anything.
If you require it. Keep it up Mitch and others who develop
Anarchy with mitch

That's really saddening actually... Lee was my first friend on
the server. He was there to welcome me when I logged in, and he
made me stay because when I talked to him, he wasn't lying about
anything and he was just being so cool. The thing that makes or
breaks a server for me is the community, and Lee gave me a taste
of how friendly the people around here are, and everyone is
really friendly. I'm gonna miss him a lot :( However, welcome to
the development team Adott! I hope you enjoy it and you guys get
a lot of work done and really bring this server to the full
potential it deserves to be at! :) And good luck finding some
replacement staff. I know pretty much everyone on the server and
they all are good people ;)

This is my thoughts exactly. lol. But hey.. If it must be done,
it must be done. I can't argue.

In ways, I find Lee was not fit for the job. Ways that I will
not consider saying publicly on this topic because many others
may disagree and could start an argument. But in the long run, I
hope you find someone fit for the job of a replacement staff.
