       Uhh Ohh you should have requirements for certain positions in
       the team. Like how long they have been a member for, their
       maturity, involvement in the clan, activity and perhaps even a
       total level requirement. This way everyone doesn't have to be a
       part of the 'Newbz' crew. I'm always looking to be a cheiftain
       if you need me be. ;)
