Hi All, I would like to initiate a fund raise for 1 coffee
machine for Samanera Uthumphon for his fresh coffee charity
booth. The existing coffee machine is not functioning well. .
The fresh coffee charity booth is a place where monks, novices,
lay devotees & volunteers come together to offer their physical
and mental efforts for the benefit of
the community & the Buddhist teachings.
This coffee charity booth travels to various temples in
Thailand to support important merit-making events.
The fresh coffee charity booth of Samanera Uthumphon has been
carried out for the past five years up to the present.
The price of coffee machine is 25900B.

Samanera Uthumphon has been making the news when Royal Noble
Consort Chao Khun Phra Sineenat Bilaskalayani went to pay her
respects to him.
Samanera Uthumphon was able to chant the patimokkha even before
he was 5 years old. The patimokkha is the basic code of monastic
conduct, which is very difficult to learn.
Some slow monks may even take more than a decade to memorise and
get their recitation correct.
Samanera Uthumphon received many great monks' confirmation that
his parami is already full, so they managed to persuade his
parents to let him ordain, even though he is of such young age.
One of these monks was Luang Pu Ha Supharo, the monk who can
speak to dinosaurs
Samanera Uthumphon has displayed excellent conduct, much better
behaved than the 5 year old Singaporean kids who only know how
to watch videos on their iPads.
This reminds me of Sumana the Novice Arahant.
"I was newly ordained as a monk, and I was only seven years old.
One day, I tamed a very vicious king snake, that had great
supernormal powers, using my own supernormal powers.
That day I was bringing water from the great lake Anotatta (a
lake located in the Himalayas, famed for the purity of its cool
waters. Sumana would have had to use his psychic powers to fetch
water from there) for my preceptor.
The great teacher saw me. Pointing me out, the great teacher,
the Buddha said this:
Sāriputta, look at that young monk bringing a water pot.
He is perfectly stilled inwardly.
His behavior is pleasing to others. Even the sight of him is
wonderful for us. That novice monk is skilled in supernormal
powers.
He is excellent in the Dhamma. He is a pupil of Anuruddha.
He was made a great person by a great person. He was made a
noble person by a noble person. He was trained and disciplined
by Anuruddha who has already completed the path.
That novice Sumana has attained the highest peace. He is an
enlightened one. But he doesn’t want others to know that he is."

When samanera Uthumphon took care LP La in latter's last years,
LP said that he saw many angels following Samanera. He asked the
angels ' why so many people has come, who are you from? '
The deva replied to him that he was an angel and a disciple of
the novice Uthumphom. They will wait and always protect him

Samaneras should at least be 7 years of age before they are
allowed to ordain. However, Samanera Uthumphon is no ordinary 5
year old boy.
He shocked his parents when he told them that "I was born here,
but I do not wish to take birth again anymore. This life will be
my last."
As the Geiji Ajaans that his parents took Samanera Uthumphon to
visit all ascertained his great parami perfected from his
previous lives, everyone was happy to let him proceed with the
ordination ceremony. Samenera Uthumphon's dream is to attain
Nibbana and help everyone else around him practice to attain
Nibbana as well. He told his mother, who liked to dress up in
the past, that she should also ordain together with him.
"Ordain [in the sense of renunciation], to dress simply, and not
to put on makeup, but instead train your heart to be kind.
Because, kindness is true beauty" are the teachings of Samanera
Uthumphon.

Using the new coffee machine on 9 Feb 26 for the first time at
for free food offering was truly worthwhile and deeply
fulfilling.
The freshly brewed coffee offered to the temple, the nuns, and
those who came to the temple was warmly praised by everyone for
its wonderful taste.
On a day when the temple had only limited food, we were able to
set up a noodle offering and also bring Northern Thai dishes to
offer.
This helped ensure that there was enough food this morning for
the monks, the nuns, and the construction workers at the temple.
It was a day filled with gratitude and heartfelt joy, to have
even a small part in supporting the Buddha’s teachings and
caring for others. We rejoice in the merit of all these
wholesome deeds with deep appreciation. 🙏
