bro Valen, help me recall what we conversed about, I super bad
memory type. Moreover it has been years. It is good that a forum
has been created for Dhana donation purpose and not influenced
by commercial stuff. Well done on this.

I have been doing assisted pull ups for 2 years, and sometimes
using basic or advanced techniques for relieving neck and
shoulder aches.
Very beneficial relative to helplessness previously.
Few people will believe it works. Fewer will have the means to
do it. Even fewer will have the tenacity to do it daily for
prolonged period.
Ultimately, I benefited from what I have been doing ;D
