       I have a daughter in Edinburgh but she has a little girl and her
       hubby isn't able to some things as he had a transplant and gets
       tired easily. One friend was on holiday as were our neighbours,
       and although I could ask other people I just get on with it! I
       help others and don't find asking easy! Hung out a nearby
       neighbours washing today and ironed it as she is travelling to
       Glasgow everyday as her husband who has Paekinsons fell in
       Portugal and damaged his spine. He was flown back by air
       ambulance and is in the spinal unit, she goes after lunch for a
       bus and doesn't get home until 10pm so didn't wnt to leave
       washing out as the weather has been so tempremental. It was
       perfect today and soon dried! There is always someone worse off.
       Son doesn't have car at moment and would take hours to get here
       and other daughter is 3-4 hours away. We have always lived away
       from family so I am used to coping!

       True though, most of us just get on with it as best we can.
