       walking

       I went for a walk this morning, needed to make copies and pay my
       credit card bill. I ended up walking 11,200 steps which is 4.8
       miles. I met up with a neighbor on the way home so it was nice
       to visit and walk, made the last leg enjoyable. lol But boy was
       I pooped when I got home. I didn't take my cell phone with me as
       I forgot to charge the battery or I might have called Ken to
       pick me up.
