       The weather is perfect today, and even better the excavators
       showed up to put in the new sewer lines. So far so good no major
       problems. Usually we find something we didn't expect when doing
       work on this ole farm house lol

       getting real cold here and it has been raining for 3 days lol
       but that is Melbourne we usually have 4 seasons in one day xxxx
